4D Island project work has been selected as a case study to be exhibited by the Design Council in their Design For Planet, UK Pavilion in Blue Zone on 9 – 10 November 2021, at the V&A Dundee part of the Cities, Regions and Built Environment Day at COP26.

A landmark festival to galvanise and support the UK’s design industry to commit to a sustainable, climate-first future.

This two-day event will provide a platform for visionaries across the sector who are leading the way in sustainability and climate action, and will support others in the industry to prioritise the welfare of our planet in their work. Design for Planet will welcome over 100 invited experts and be livestreamed to thousands of online participants.

The Design for Planet Festival is a virtual event hosted by the Design Council. It takes place virtually on 9-10 November 2021 and will champion design as a powerful agent of change. The event will feature talks, practical sessions and design tools that will help all kinds of designers address the biggest challenge of our time.

This two-day event will give a platform to visionaries across the sector leading th way in sustainability and climate action, and will support others in the industry to prioritise the welfare of our planet in their work. Design for Planet Festival is organised by Design Council in partnership wit V&A Dundee, Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, The Nationa Lottery Community Fund, Architecture and Design Scotland and Snook Design Council will then be presenting at the COP26 Blue Zone UK Pavilion, showcasing the best of British Design for Planet to a global audience.
